A selection of projects I have worked on. Out of respect for my clients I list them without names – I am happy to discuss details in person.
My role: project takeover and further development
A large broker portal I took over from previous developers. I develop new features, fix bugs and optimise performance.
Result: After the takeover the portal has kept serving brokers without interruption and regularly gets new features.
My role: design, implementation and long-term development
Records of performances, actors, organisations and nursery schools for several theatre companies. I develop the system on a long-term basis: we have gradually paid off accumulated technical debt, recently added an audit log of changes, and I am preparing integration with WordPress websites.

Document registry and workflow, including integration with Czech data boxes and archiving. I developed the system until the product changed owners, at which point further development moved to a new supplier.

A system for a company that buys, renovates and sells properties, financing them with loans from investors who are then paid interest. Working from screen mock-ups, I designed the database structure and built both the backend and the frontend. The portal is still in operation.

I took the system over from a previous developer. Instead of a costly rewrite, I learned my way around a large, undocumented codebase and then gradually added new features, fixed bugs and updated the design to match the school's new website.
