My role: project takeover and further development
A large broker portal I took over from previous developers. I develop new features, fix bugs and optimise performance.
Result: After the takeover the portal has kept serving brokers without interruption and regularly gets new features.
Theatre information system
My role: design, implementation and long-term development
Records of performances, actors, organisations and nursery schools for several theatre companies. I develop the system on a long-term basis: we have gradually paid off accumulated technical debt, recently added an audit log of changes, and I am preparing integration with WordPress websites.
Records management system
My role: system development
Document registry and workflow, including integration with Czech data boxes and archiving. I developed the system until the product changed owners, at which point further development moved to a new supplier.
