About me

I focus mainly on backend development in PHP, database design and integration of external systems. I have experience both with building new applications and with taking over and developing projects that have been running for years.

I aim for clear and, above all, maintainable solutions with an emphasis on reliability and performance. I have worked on projects of various sizes – from smaller applications to large information systems for corporate clients.

How I work

I work well both in a team and on my own. In recent years I have often worked as a subcontractor for companies that manage applications on behalf of their owners, alongside a project manager and an analyst. With other clients I deal with them directly and analyse their requirements myself. So I understand the needs of both a development team and the end customer.

I write code so that someone else can find their way around it in five years. I take over other people's projects often, so I know how much clear code and documentation are worth.
